Returns and Exchanges

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Choosy, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange your items within 14 days of arrival.

• Exchanged merchandise should be unworn and in the same condition as when it was received.  

• Custom orders are final sale.
• Repairs on custom orders will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• Items must be in a new, unworn condition to be eligible for exchange/credit.

30 Guarantee 

We want you to be confident in your purchase.  If anything should happen to your item, we will repair or replace any item within the first 30 days or purchase.  To begin the repair/exchange process, please email us at shopwearechoosy@gmail.com. 

Please allow 7-14 business days once we have received the item for repairs and replacing.
