- What is your jewelry made of?
The jewelry is gold plated stainless steel or brass.
- Can I shower with my jewelry on?
Our jewelry is 18K gold plated and although this can withstand exposure to water, we recommend taking your jewelry off when showering and swimming to keep a long lasting shine. Please see our “Jewelry Care” page for more information.
- How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, you will receive and order confirmation. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a tracking number for your order.
- My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Oh no! We are so sorry this happened! Please make sure you email us at shopwearechoosy@gmail.com with pictures of damage and order number within 3 days of receiving the item.
- What if I get my item and it doesn’t fit or I don’t absolutely love it?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. You may exchange your item(s) within 14 of delivery of item for store credit.
